Refund policy

Because my portraits are custom painted to your specifications, I don't usually refund a commission. I will send you an image for your final approval before mailing the finished product, at which time you will be able to address any concern/problem you may encounter, and I'll do my best to resolve it.

My goal is to give you 100% satisfaction, and close contact throughout the creative process will hopefully ensure that.

In the event a painting is damaged or lost in shipping, I will paint you a replacement!

All of my art pieces are original works and are not computer-generated. I paint with acrylics on stretched canvas or canvas board. I also work with pencil and pen/ink on bristol board paper.

Portraits are rendered from your photos of your loved ones, incorporating special items to add "personality" if you prefer. We can go from simple to complex, realistic to whimsical, subdued to wild -- that's the fun of having me make you a custom portrait.

Once you purchase a specific portrait, I will communicate closely via e-mail regarding details & progress as I go forward. My goal is to capture a beautiful, "fleshed-out" likeness that will make you smile every time you see it!
